三 | 依托创业街区提供政策咨询、培训赋能、招聘服务、融资支持等“一站式”创业服务，依托优质创业孵化载体，开展“开放周”“体验日”等观摩体验活动，联动开展政策宣讲、创业沙龙、创业指导、资源对接等创业服务。　　三是大力推动创业政策落实。通过服务对象喜闻乐见的形式，多渠道、全方位开展创业政策宣讲解读，组织开展多种形式的创业助力服务行动，综合发挥政策、培训、指导、孵化等全要素、全周期扶持作用。

四 | 　　四是加力拓宽创业融资渠道。推动创业担保贷款提质增量，探索推进政府、银行、担保机构联合办公、一窗受理等集成服务模式，鼓励开发多样化的创贷金融产品，组织形式多样的行业专场路演、“政企银担”交流等活动，多方联动化解创业者融资难题。　　五是全力赋能升级创业培训。持续做优“马兰花”创业培训品牌，围绕“科技成果、产业发展、职业技能、民生需求”四大融合路径开设培训班次，开发创意农业、冰雪文旅、林下康养、乡村电商等特色培训项目，带动群众就地创业增收。　　六是持续优化创业导师陪跑。发挥省市县三级创业导师作用，开展导师预约服务和集中服务，组织省级创业导师服务团开展走基层、边境行、进高校等活动，各市（地）组织创业导师开展进企业、园区、社区、乡村等系列基层行活动。
